Sold: 6525 Chancellor Drive Cedar Falls, IA

Matt and Fred were pleased to work with Veridian Credit Union on their purchase of 6525 Chancellor Drive in the Cedar Falls Industrial and Technology Park. Veridian will use the new location as the office for approximately 150 members of their current staff. They intend to occupy the space in early 2014 after the completion of renovations. We would like to congratulate Veridian on their newest location!
