Cherry Berry coming to Cedar Falls

Well, we saved a tasty little post for your Friday! We are happy to announce that Cherry Berry is coming to the Cedar Valley. In front of College Square Mall and next to Panda Express, the yogurt bar will make a new home. Here's how it works: first you chose from the rotating flavors of yogurt, you add yummy toppings (there are fresh fruits to the little indulgences) you weigh it and then pay. They even call their 'loyals' Cherry Berrians. Welcome to Cedar Falls, Cherry Berry! 

 

Comprehensive Systems - 5714 Nordic Drive

Matt and Fred were pleased to work with both the buyer (Comprehensive Systems, Inc) and the seller (DDS Properties, LLC) on 5714 Nordic Drive in the Cedar Falls Industrial and Technology Park. Located between Highway 58 and Nordic Dr. next to the AmericInn Hotel, the property is a mix of office and warehouse space.

 

Comprehensive Systems is a privately funded, non-profit that has been in action for more than 40 years. They support more than 300 people with special needs through a variety of services. They will consolidate from their current two facilities in the industrial park to this one. Comp Systems will occupy 24,000 SF of the over 31,000 SF building. 419 Main Street

Matt & Fred were pleased to represent both the buyer and seller of 419 Main Street in Cedar Falls. A stalking horse bid was accepted late January with a deadline of additional bids to take place by February 25, 2013. The auction for the property came to a close Friday, March 1. T&T Rentals, LC is the new owner of 419 Main Street.

Former My Verona Italian inspired restaurant located on downtown Cedar Falls' award winning Main Street. Built in 1991 this building features an attractive atmosphere, seating for 250, high end finishes, a Mezzanine that can serve as a Private Dining Area and a wine cellar. Wapsie Pines Lawn Care & Landscaping Gains Office Location

618 State Street in Cedar Falls is home to the new office of Wapsie Pines Lawn Care & Landscaping. Matt and Fred recently represented Wapsie Pines in securing their lease on State Street. The property is a 2,500 SF space that is twice the size of their previous location. Wapsie Pines will be open for business on April 15.
